Grand Lodge Circ 28/2016 Ballot Form to decide the future of Grand Lodge It was agreed that all Minor Lodges assume responsibility to inform all members be informed and given a ballot paper. Secretaries are requested the amount of ballot papers be copied from the letter sent to them.

Bro. Mike Thurston-Hewer ROH admitted to hospital last Tuesday , released on Friday, although breathing has improved, still has stomach pains. Latest report givennby Richard Hawkes ROH states that he is now down to 9stone and is now waiting for a scan

Provincial GRAND PRIMO REPORT Bro. Ron Bendle ROH reported that he and his Officers had visited the Fred Pearce Lodge, and thanks the lodge for their hospitality. The next lodge he wishes to visit with his Officers is the Dawn of Victory Lodge,. On Friday 24th June. He wishes it to be known that his appeal is for the Air Ambulance.

Bro Royston's JUNE GRAND LODGE REPORT
1. OPENING Grand Lodge opened at 09.30 by the Grand Primo Bro. R. Attwood ROH
2.Obituaries and Absent Brethren duly observed.
Before the meeting continued The Grand Primo warned delegates about the social media and the harm it is doing to the Order, and we should all be pulling the same way. He finished by saying together we shall overcome our difficulties, divided we shall fail..
3.Roll Call of Officers showed 1 Officers absent.
4.Apologies as per printed list were accepted.
Grand Primo and Bro Barrie Kingston ROH G. Trustee made statements regarding the state of Grand Lodge Funds.
5.Grand Primo did state that since the last meeting Bro. Chris McMahon and Andy Baker have been dismissed from their positions at G.L. he further informed us that for the past 3 months hard work by the financial staff at G.L. have worked hard to get us on the right road. A full statement will be sent to all lodges.
The statement by Bro. Barrie KINGSTON G.L.TRUSTEE gave a detailed analysis on the finances in conjunction with Kay Conclave and came up with 3 options on how to get money back into the Order.
Grove House estimate market price £3,000,000
Britney House estimate market price £7001000
Hartlepool Closed Club estimate market price £200,000
Merthyr Tydfil cannot be estimated at present due to being a legacy.
Coventry Club estimate market price £250.000
A club in Surrey I did not get the name estimate market price £300.000
Both Homes is losing money to the sum of £400,000 per annum, extensive repairs will cost £700,000 for Grove House, and £75,000 for Britney House.
Option 2 Sale all properties except Grove House
Option 3 Sale all properties and purchase Offices for the use of Grand Lodge
A 4th Option came from the floor whereby we sale all properties and using the club at Coventry build Offices there
A referendum on these 4 options are to be sent to all Lodges (although this is m only to which I had chance to write down) the full questionnaire will be sent to all. Brothers, who must be in full voting compliance.
6. Debate Gloucester Motion on Trust Corporation articles of association. Due to a statement by Bro. Barrie regarding the legality to which our solicitors are sorting out and will hopefully be resolved by the September meeting this was referred back, also the Election of Trustees. Bro. Barrie poi9nted out that it would be foolish to vote in new Trustees before this tangle is sorted out.

- In view that our assets at this stage is approximately 6 million pounds in bricks and mortar, this only approx because of the price of property. The following were placed before Grand Lodge
