1. OPENING: The Provincial Grand Primo Bro. Terry Hulmes CP Opened the Virtual
Provincial Grand Lodge at 1930hrs with 9 Officers, Delegates and Visitors
2. LOYAL TOAST This was duly Taken
3. ABSENT BRETHREN TOAST This was observed with Due Solemnity
4. DELEGATE SUBSTITUTES & VISITORS: No Changes advised
5. ROLL CALL OF OFFICERS The Roll Call of Officers revealed that 2 elected officers were absent.

8. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
Proposed Bro Barry Chalk CP, Seconded by Bro Darren Chapman KOM and carried
with the following matter arising and amendment with regard to item (e) of the
Secretary Reports, Dues for quarter ending March 31 st , in that Bro Paul Dyer ROH
objected to PGL sending cheque for dues when 2 minor lodges hadn’t been able to
forward cheques for their dues, due to the impact of Covid19 on obtaining cheque
signatures.

10. SECRETARY REPORTS
(a) Andy Taylor the Finance officer wrote to tell me, as I had not sent the correct
money to GL for dues to the sum of £159.12. On checking my returns I found I
had entered the wrong figure for advanced memberships, consequently my figures
were wrong and GL owes the province money.
Reply from Andy Taylor re our dues and agrees with me. Although Grand Lodge
owes the Province £400.54, £7.13 more than the £393.38 I had claimed.
9b Grand Lodge Circular s 57 + a,b,c, & Grand Lodge Circular 58 for discussion –
Following discussion it was Proposed by Bro Barry Chalk CP, Seconded by Bro Darren
Chapman KOM with ballot resulting in 9 votes in favour, 0 against, 0 abstentions (9
Brothers eligible to vote).
That in reply to the Clarion Solicitors’ Letter that we firstly confirm the amount that the
province has invested in the Investment Scheme, along with payment details if possible.
Also advising that the Wiltshire PGL does NOT wish to take part in the proposed litigation
action that they’re looking to undertaken on behalf of the GLE & Investors.
Correspondence and Recommendations accepted. The ballot resulted 9 votes in favour,
0 against, 0 abstentions
(9 Brothers eligible to vote).
