1. Opening. The PGP Bro Paul Dyer ROH opened the meeting at 19.40 hrs with a count of 10 officers delegates and visitors.

3. Absent Brethren Toast. Observed with all Solemnity
4. Roll Call. The Roll Call of Officers revealed that 3 elected officers were absent.

(h) Grand Lodge Copy of letter sent to Bro. Les Osborn ROH explaining the delay in adjudication on his suspension.
(i) Sir William Henry Rose Lodge 44631 asking to become a fortnightly lodge starting in May. Executive Recommendation:- This be granted
(j) Resignation of Mrs Michelle Lovesay as book keeper. Executive Recommendation:- Accept with reluctance. A letter of thanks be sent with a bunch of flowers price not to exceed £25
(k) Grand Lodge acknowledging return of Anuity and amending their records with apology.

11.3 Removal from PGL Office
Over the past month we have had to quit the premises where the PGL Office used to be and along with Bro. Richard Hawkes ROH I have been able to secure a lock up for storage temporarily which has cost £102 for eight weeks. This is for storage, Insurance and a heavy duty lock which is ours to keep when we leave. Saturday 29th March Bro. Paul Dyer ROH PGP Bro. Richard Hawkes ROH and myself transferred most of the equipment in storage and all documents to the storage place all collars are to be sent to Parry’s, having checked with the Grand Secretary. We were offered another place but it was £50 per month/ sharing with the RB L but they also turned it down.
Executive recommendation Thanks to the 3 Brothers and be reimbursed the money they had to spend to secure the lock-up.

The ballot resulted 10 votes in favour,0 against 0 abstentions
(10 Brothers eligible to vote).
12. Trustees Report. To be given by , Bro. Tony Clark ROH who reported he had inspected the books ahnd found all banking had been done.
13. Examinining Council.
The Council Secretary Bro. Richard Hawkes ROH reported that last mo0nths meeting was postponed. Next meeting will be announced soonest.
14 Benevolent Committee Report.

Correspondence Notification from Grand Lodge that they have sent an Annuity for Mrs Edith Johnson has been paid into our bank.
Sick Report and Updates.
Bro. Peter Stewart ROH Up and Down reasonably OK. Bro Albert Kirby is in very poor way. Bro. Eric Macey ROH has Colon Cancer awaiting Chemo Therapy. Bro. Barry Dowson ROH is to start Chemo Therapy on Thursday. Bro. Tony Clarke is to have a knee replacement. Bro. Ron Bendle ROH has an infection and feeling ill. Bro. Royston Smith reported that he has had a number of phone calls from Bro. Gordon Turner ROH on the health of Bro. Bob Reynolds ROH Past GPO who has had two severe heart attacks in the past weeks. The Committee wish all a good recovery
